About Us
The Horsham Natural History Society is for all those who have an interest in the wildlife of the area. To cater for a wider interest some of our lectures have an international appeal.
Our members enjoy all aspects of natural history, and the more experienced and knowledgeable members are pleased to share their knowledge with others.
We are a very friendly organisation with lively meetings, but the emphasis is on enjoyment and gaining knowledge, whether it is from lectures, courses, or field trips.
As well as the events listed above there is a regular newsletter that is packed with information, articles, and colour photographs.
HNHS supports other wildlife and conservation groups, and some members are active in their programmes of recording, conservation, volunteering, etc.
We are a voluntary society that was formed in 1948 and are a registered charity
HNHS is for everyone.  Would you like to join us - or know someone else who might?
